EU/EEA Terms and Conditions

You have signed a contract with Mangopay to use our payment solution. As per your contract, you are obliged to publish Mangopay’s Terms and Conditions on your website / application and obtain  the consent of the users of your platform to which Mangopay provides its regulated services (payment services / e-money services) by way of an online procedure.

⁠Please find the corresponding Terms and Conditions here per contract type and location. You can refer to your current contract with Mangopay to find your contract status. If you have any questions, please reach your usual sales contact at Mangopay.

If you are a EU/EEA based platform 

The following terms and conditions apply to users of EU/EEA based platforms:

• ⁠If you have signed with Mangopay SA a Mangopay Service Agreement (MSA), an Agent Contract or an MPE contract, your users must accept the following T&Cs: Terms and Conditions for Payment services
• ⁠If you have signed with Mangopay SA a distributor contract, your users must accept the following T&Cs: Terms and Conditions for e-money (Mangopay SA)
